Sponsored by: Flower Growers, Optimistic Gardeners, Garden Lovers and Stones River Garden Club in Cooperation with Tennessee Federation of Garden clubs, and Rutherford County Tennessee" Note: at the top of the monument there is a seal with golden letters "National Garden Clubs inc."
